Gym Tips to get Toned Fast!

So I have been going to the gym a lot lately and have been noticing fast changes in the way I look! I therefore decided to make a little video with all my tips and tricks on the gym for you guys! Check it out below!!

  1. I just watched your video GYM TIPS to Get TONED FAST! | Orianna's Oracle on YouTube. Yes, all of these tips would be helpful for me to practise. I've been lazy too long. The granola fruit and yogurt sounds good. I'm a vegetarian so the legumes and grains would be good. The Cardio and weights combination makes sense and does the warm-up first and warm down after. Of course I'd love to see the video, though I might get tired just watching. As for more tips, I would recommend some careful stretching out afterwards (after finding safe recommended stretching from a professional) to prevent loss of flexibility.
