Yes, all of these tips would be helpful for me to practise. I've been lazy too long. The granola fruit and yogurt sounds good. I'm a vegetarian so the legumes and grains would be good. The Cardio and weights combination makes sense and does the warm-up first and warm down after. Of course I'd love to see the video, though I might get tired just watching.
